摘要
目的:观察拟黑多刺蚂蚁粉(PVR)对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:120只F1代小鼠及80只BALB/c小鼠分别分成4组,各组小鼠分别经口灌胃(ig)给予0.14、0.28、0.84g/(kg·d)的拟黑多刺蚂蚁粉及灭菌水30天后,观察其体重、免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞增殖能力、抗体生成细胞水平、吞噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞活性。结果:0.28、0.84g/(kg·d)组可增强小鼠的淋巴细胞增殖能力、提高小鼠抗体生成细胞水平及小鼠碳廓清的能力;0.14、0.28、0.84g/(kg·d)组均能提高小鼠NK细胞活性。结论:拟黑多刺蚂蚁粉具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective:To study the effects of. polyrhachis vicina roger (PVR) on immune modulation in mice. Methods: 120 male F1 mice and 80 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups respectively. After the mice were orally administered 0.14, 0.28,0.84 g/(kg·d) of PVR and sterile water for 30 days, changes on weight, indexes of immune organs, proliferation ability of lymphocytes, plaque-forming cell(PFC) and hemolysin response, phagocytic function of macrophages and activites of NK cell were observed. Results: 0.28,0.84 g/(kg·d) of PVR could improve the proliferation ability of lymphocyte , the level of antibody-maklng cells and the ability of macrophage. 0.14,0.28,0.84 g/(kg·d) of PVR also could distinctly improve the activity of NK cell . Conclusion: PVR has effects in promoting immune function in mice.
