摘要
采用1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DSC和GPC等研究方法对3种不同的熔融纺丝原料用的聚乳酸进行了分析。研究结果表明:聚乳酸的消旋性即光学活性、残存单体量会影响到聚乳酸的热性能,进而影响聚乳酸的熔纺性能。尤其是当聚乳酸的立体规整性过差时,就会呈现非晶聚合物的特性,无法进行熔融纺丝。
In this paper, three kinds of different polylactic nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR), acid (PLA) for melt-spinning were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results showed that the racemication, i.e. optical reactivity, and the amount of residual oligomers might affect the thermal properties of PLA and processibility. PLA would act as the amorphous poly(D,L-lactide) and the melt-spinning couldn't be performed when the stereoregularity of PLA was too poor.
