介绍了一种基于嵌入式系统和WebServer的视频监控服务器的软、硬件设计与实现;该方案采用MPEG-4硬编码压缩方案和RTP/RTCP多媒体传输协议;能够设定帧率、分辨率和输出比特率等图像质量参数,并对通用网关接口和RTP/RTCP协议作了简要分析。
This paper introduces the software/hardware design and implementation of one kind of surveillance server based on embedded system and Web server. This scheme, which adopts MPEG-4 coding and RTP/RTCP multi-media transfer protocol, can set image quality parameters such as frame rate, resolution rate and output bit rate, etc. The brief analysis of common gateway interface and RTP/RTCP is also included.
