Effects of pyruvate supplement on physical performance

摘要 用文献资料法、对比法、逻辑分析法等研究了补充丙酮酸盐对身体一般功能和运动能力的影响.结果表明:丙酮酸盐补充可以降低体重和增加利用脂肪供能;有关丙酮酸盐补充对身体其他机能的影响也有报道,但仅有一些初步的证据证明它在运动员中使用的有效性;丙酮酸盐补充对人体影响的机制和有效性还有争议,推荐运动员使用丙酮酸盐的剂量还不明确. The effects of pyruvate supplement on the general physical functions and the physical performance. By methods of documentation, logical analysis and comparison. Results showed that pyruvate supplement could reduce body weight and enhance the ability to use body fat efficiently. Relevant existed reports on the effects of pyruvate supplement on the other physical functions, only presented some preliminary evidences pyruvate supplement effecting athletes. Some conclusions were drawn that functional mechanism and the effectiveness of pyruvate supplement would still be controversial, the recommended dosage for athletes be not clear.
