摘要
目的分析引发4名儿童食物中毒,其中1人死亡的中毒原因。方法采用流行病学方法进行调查,对中毒临床表现、尸体解剖和实验室检测结果进行综合分析。结果4名中毒儿童均进食毛桃子的生桃仁,在生桃仁、呕吐物、洗胃液、心脏血、胃组织中均检出氰化物,心脏血氰化物含量为0.09 mg/L。结论该中毒事件是由于儿童误食含有苦杏仁甙的生桃仁所引起的。提示在广大农村开展预防食物中毒卫生知识宣传是一项刻不容缓且应长期坚持的工作。
[Objective]To analyze the cause of a food poisoning that led to 4 children poisoned and 1 died. [Methods] Epidemiologieal method was applied to analyze the clinical manifestation, autopsy and laboratory detection result. [ Results] All the poisoned children ate raw peach kernels; cyanide was detected in the raw peach kernels, the vomit, liquid of gastric lavage, heart blood and stomach tissues. The content of cyanide in the heart blood was 0.09 mg/L. [ Conclusion] This poisoning was caused by mis - eating the peach kernels that contained amygdalin. It is vital to publicize hygienic knowledge for preventing food poisoning.
