摘要 以丙烯酸和聚醚为主要原料,应用先酯化后共聚两步法合成了一种具有梳型结构的聚合物破乳剂。分别考察了酯化反应和聚合反应的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,酯化反应最佳条件为:聚醚与丙烯酸摩尔比1∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸,其用量占聚醚与丙烯酸总量的4%,阻聚剂对苯二酚单甲醚,其用量占丙烯酸质量的0.6%,带水剂是固含量40%的二甲苯,酯化时间4h;聚合反应最佳条件:引发剂过氧化苯甲酰用量占丙烯酸质量的10%,丙烯酸与酯化物质量比1∶6,聚合温度80~90℃,聚合时间3.5h。两步法制备的梳型聚合物破乳剂与未改性聚醚破乳剂相比,脱水速率快,5h相对脱水率达150%以上。 A kind of comb - like polymer demulsifier was synthesized from acrylic acid and polyether as raw material by two- step process comprising esterification and copolymerization. The optimum reaction conditions for esterification and copolymerization were examined respectively.The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were respectively as follows: for esterification, molar ratio of polyether to acrylic acid 1 : 1, p - toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst for esterification 4% (based on the total mass of polyether and acrylic acid), hydroquinone monomethyl ether as polymerization inhibitor 0.6 % (based on the mass of acrylic acid), xylene as water carrying agent with solid content of 40%, esterification time of 4 hours;for polymerization, benzoyl peroxide as initiator 10 % (based on the mass of acrylic acid) ,mass ratio of acrylic acid to esterifying agent 1:6,polymerization temperature 80 90 ℃ and polymerization time 3.5 hours. The product synthesized by two step process had higher dehydration rate (over 150%) and longer effects compared with the unmodified polyether as demulsifier.
