摘要
通过对综合医院临床科请精神科会诊及住院病人的精神状况调查的资料进行分析,发现平均会诊率为1.47%,住院病人实际伴发精神障碍者高达29.17%,比请会诊的高20倍。实践工作中严重忽视了精神卫生对健康的作用和影响。为此,提出了:①开发各级卫生行政人员精神卫生意识,制定精神卫生工作的细则及实施办法等;②综合医院加强精神卫生在岗教育,对住院病人实行双轴诊断,以便从心身两方面更好的为患者服务,并应尽快设立精神科;③医学院校要增加精神卫生的授课时数。
Through an analysis of the investigation data on the consultations with psychopathic doc- tors asked to be present and on the mental state of all the inpatients,it is discovered that the average per- centage rate of the inpatients prescr.ibed for those consultations is only 1.47%,while the actual percent- age of all the inpatients with mental problems is 29.17%,20 times as high.In fact,the role of mental hy- giene on patient health is seriously neglected.Therefore,the following suggestions are made:1)to develop the understanding of mental hygiene among different levels of administrative staffs and set rules and regu- lations on mental hygiene;2)on-the-job education on mental health should be strengthened by general hospitals and double chechups be practiced on inpatients so that their mental and physical health can be better taken care of by setting up psychopathic departments as early as possible;and 3)more hours of psychopathic teaching be scheduled in medical institutions of learning.
