摘要
先有新自由主义,后有当代意义的全球化。新自由主义的全球化理论是新自由主义者利用世界形势变化提供的客观机遇积极加以主观形塑的产物,它只是目前全球化理论群中的一种,是客观全球化进程中的一种异化或变种。深入揭示二者的关系,对正确认识和把握当前全球化形势、新自由主义全球化的本质和现实困境、全球性反“全球化”运动以及积极倡导和建构新全球化理论和范式,都有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Neoliberalism came before Globalization in its contemporary sense.The globalization theory of Neoliberalism is a product shaped by Neoliberalists taking advarrtage of objective opportunities provided by the changes of world situation. To reveal the relations between the two bears both theoretical and practical significance for the right understanding and grasp of a) the present situation of globalization;b) the nature and actual predicament of globalization;c) the worldwide anti-globalization movement;and for the active promotion and construction of new globalization theory and model.
