在委托代理理论的框架下,政府——大学校长委托代理关系中存在着逆向选择和道德风险委托代理问题,解决此问题的关键是建立一个充分竞争的大学校长代理人市场,即大学校长需要职业化,并阐明职业化的大学校长应具有先进的教育理念、首屈一指的学术能力和卓越的经营管理能力,以及大学校长职业化三大主要标志即遴选制度规范、任职资质的标准化、酬薪体系市场化。
Under the constructure of the authority theory, the deputize issue concluding the converse selection and the morals risk is analysize in the paper.
