摘要
目的探讨健康教育干预对输尿管镜气压弹道碎石患者护理质量的影响。方法260例输尿管结石患者随机分为2组,观察组(123例),由病房护士和手术室护士进行健康教育干预,对照组(137例)则由病房护士做常规讲解。分析2组患者健康教育知识需求满足,术中情绪及术中配合情况。结果观察组健康教育需求满足,术中情绪稳定及术中配合完成率明显高于对照组。结论健康教育干预能提高输尿管镜气压弹道碎石患者的护理质量。
objective The aim of this research is to assess the influence of Health education about the air pressure macadam with the ureteroscope to the Quality of Care. Methods A total of 260 patiens with the cdlculus of ureter were randomly divided into two groups（STUDY GROUP：123 cases, CONTROL GROUP：137 cases）. Before the operation ,the study group accepted the Health education of the nurse, the control patiens accepted the usual explanation of the nurse, We analysised the demand of knowledge acquisition about Health education, the emotion change and the matching condition duing the operation. Result In contrast to the control group, the requirement of Health education in the study roup was gratified well, during the operation, the patiens＇ emotion were stable, the matching condition were well significantly. Conclusions the nursin gintervention of Health education could improve the Quality of Care in the patiens accepting the air pressure macadam with the ureteroscope.
