摘要
针对级联型多电平的电路拓扑结构,结合TMS320LF2407DSP的具体硬件资源,对载波相移理论提出了新的开关控制方法并通过一片DSP控制两个模块,实现了单相五电平输出。试验表明变流器的低次谐波和开关频率的整数倍谐波都得到了消除。
Through carrier phase shifted SPWM(CPS-SPWM) technique, the high equivalent switching frequency can be obtained with low switching frequency devices. This paper presents a novel method using DSP to implement a PWM pulse generator with five-level PWM inverters. Simulation and experimental results show that the low-order harmonic has been cancelled.
