针刺特定穴位对单眼剥夺大鼠闪光视诱发电位的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的:采用单眼剥夺大鼠模型作为低视力模型,探讨针刺特定穴对其闪光视诱发电位的影响。方法:将14日龄大鼠36只分为3组:正常发育组、剥夺对照组和剥夺针刺组。两剥夺组大鼠缝合其单侧眼睑31d后,建立单眼视觉剥夺大鼠模型,其中剥夺针刺组用电针刺激大鼠双侧的太阳穴、臂臑穴,检测3组大鼠不同时期的F-VEP,观察其变化。结果:发现针刺太阳穴、臂臑穴对单眼剥夺大鼠的F-VEP有一定改善。结论:针刺特定穴位后单眼剥夺大鼠的F-VEP的各值都有不同程度的改善,可以认为针刺对视力障碍的功能康复有一定客观的作用,但其作用机制有待做进一步研究。
