摘要
在大量实验数据的基础上,采用最小二乘法建立了实用的多种材料电加工实验数学模型。在实验数学模型的基础上,利用优化设计方法对加工工艺参数进行了优化设计,优化设计结果与实验数据基本吻合。
On the basis of a lot of experimental datas, experimental mathematical models of electric spark forming of several sorts of materials are built up with multiple linear regression analysis. On the basis of the experimental mathematical models, optimization of machining parameters comes true with the complex method.
