摘要
合作型行动研究不仅可以有效提高教育教学的质量,还可以从促进教师专业成长、增强教师的可持续发展意识和能力、促进教师各方面素质均衡全面发展和促进教师集体的成长与进步等方面有效促进教师的可持续发展。广大教师应通过积极、扎实、有效地开展合作型行动研究,来努力实现可持续发展。
Co- operative action research helps to improve teachers' professional capability and raise their awareness of sustained progress in their respective specialty. Moreover, it helps teachers to achieve balanced and overall development and fosters teachers' group progress and development. In conclusion, co - operative action research can not only improve the teaching quality but foster teachers' sustained progress in their respective specialty as well. The teachers should, therefore, try their best to reach this goal by engaging in co - operative action research in an active, earnest, and effective way.
