摘要
近年来,高校图书馆在图书采购中使用了招标方式。本文结合实际,针对招标工作中出现的五大误区 进行分析探讨,给出几点建议。
The inviting tenders model has been provided for the acquisition work in university libraries in recent years. In this paper, author analyses five misguided respects of the inviting tenders process based on her own practice. At the same time,she also gives some advice.
