摘要
鼻部美容整形手术最常进行的是隆鼻术，但在临床上常可见除鼻根部低平外还伴有其他一些鼻尖，鼻翼部外形缺陷不足。１９９３年以来，对９３例鼻部要求美容整形的病人，根据病人不同的鼻部形态和要求，选用不同的鼻部、鼻尖部整形手术，总结了六种不同的手术方法。特别是提出了鼻翼软骨重新塑形，在鼻尖部美容手术中，起着很重要的作用。文章详细介绍了鼻翼软骨重新塑形的方法，以及手术中的要点，对并发症进行了讨论。
Augmentation rhinoplasty is the most common nasal aesthetic surgery.However,thenasoplasty is indicated clinically not only to the correction of the low nasion,but to the defects of thetip and alae as well.From 1993,We choose 6 different kinds ofrhinoplasty and tiplasty procedures on93 cases individually,depending on various nasal contours and requirements of different patients.Webelicve the remodification of the lower lateral cartilages plays an important role in the opcrative procedure of tip refinements.This article introduces the procedure and keypoints in the remodification oflower lateral cartilages,meanwhile,the complication is also discussed.
