摘要
以国际水稻研究所育成的抗白叶枯病多基因聚合品系IRBB52,IRBB54和IRBB57-IRBB60,作为抗性供体对宁波市农科院和宁波市种子公司合作育成的恢复系g71,g94,g95,g96和g145进行改造培育,筛选出白叶枯病抗性育种材料03-962和03-963等。应用剪叶接种方法对育种材料03-962和03-963等的白叶枯病抗性表现型进行鉴定,应用分子标记检测方法对育种材料03-962和03-963等是否携带Xa21基因进行鉴定。并对两种不同鉴定方法进行比较,提出水稻白叶枯病抗性育种的抗性鉴定方法:在筛选的低世代采用剪叶接种判断水稻抗性表现型,在筛选高世代采用分子标记检测确定抗性基因。
Breeding materials (03-962, 03-963 ere) were selected by using IRRI lines ( IRBB52, IRBB54, IRBB57, IRBB58, IRBB59, and IRBB60) with pyramiding multiple resistant genes to bacterial blight (BB) as donors and local rice restorers (g91, g94, g95, g96, and g145) as recipients. The resistanee phenotype of these materials to BB was identified by leaf-dipping inoculation method, whereas Xa21 gene in these materials was detected by molecular markers. A breeding approach for resistanee to BB was proposed by eomparisen of the above two methods.
