摘要
研究不同微生物复合菌剂及其接种量对猪粪堆肥发酵温度和腐熟度的影响.结果表明,3菌株复合并接种3‰,对促进猪粪堆肥发酵升温较好,对堆肥的脱水效果最好,堆肥30 d水分减少了24%,而对照仅减少了17%.接种复合菌剂处理的发芽指数在猪粪堆肥发酵15 d即已达到了66.2%,而对照要到25 d才达到66.9%,说明接种复合菌剂能促进猪粪堆肥发酵腐熟.猪粪添加调理剂堆肥试验表明,砻糠、木屑和中药渣三种调理剂处理的猪粪堆肥温度高达近70℃持续了15~20 d,而对照在70℃左右的高温仅持续了5 d左右,堆肥高温发酵20 d以后基本达到腐熟.砻糠添加量以20%较适宜.
Effects of different microorganism complex lively bacterial preparation and different inoculation rates on the fermation temperature and maturity in pig manure were studied. The results showed that best effects of raising fermation temperature and dehydrating in the composts were obtained from the treatment of mixture of three kind of the bacterial preparations and inoculatating 0.3% the bacterial preparations. After fermitation for 30 days, the water contents in the compost with bacterial preparation was reduced by about 24%, whereas those of the treatement of the control was only reduced by about 17%. The seed germination index in the composts with bacterial preparation was 66.2% after fermitation for 30 days, whereas one of the treatement of the control was 66.9 % at the same time. It was found that about the temperature of 70℃ in the composts with rice chaff, sawdust or Chinese medicine residue could last for 15 to 20 days, whereas the one of treatment of the control only could last for 5 days. The maturity of compost fermation was necded to take about 20 days. optimum rate of adding rice chaff into the compost was 20%.
