摘要
通过深研《灵枢·海论》,笔者认识到颈椎的生理功能有赖于四海而发挥,而颈椎病的形成也与四海空虚、气滞血瘀有关。治疗颈椎病针刺四海之上下腧穴、颈椎夹脊穴,可祛风开窍,补气活血,促进阳气升发,调节髓海。
Through the close study of Lingshu.Hailun, the anthor realized that physiological function of cervical vertebrae depended of four seas, and the cervical disease was related also with the deficiency of four seas and stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis. Therefore, the cervical disease could be treated by adopting superior and inferior points of four seas and Iiaji points of cervical vertebrae which have a role of expelling pathogenic wind and promoting the restoration of consciousness, promoting blood flowing by invigorating Qi, accelerating the sending up of Yang Qi and regulating sea of medulla.
