摘要
运用文献资料及访谈法,就江西省青少年足球运动开展状况,如足协组织系统、培训机构、后备队伍、赛事安排、教练员队伍建设等方面进行分析。提出:加强足协组织系统及教练员队伍建设,重视“体教结合”,实现后备人才的可持续发展,发挥省内外职业俱乐部的作用,完善省内青少年训练和竞赛体系等对策。
Using the methods of literature and interview, it made an analysis of the present situation of the development of Jiangxi junior soccer, such as the organizational system of soccer association, training organ, reserve rank, the arrangement of competitions, the construction of a coach rank etc, It brought forward some countermoves, such as strengthening the construction of soccer association＇s organizational system and a coach rank, paying attention to ＂the combination of sport and education＂, realizing the sustainable development of reserve talent, bringing the role of clubs in and out of Jiangxi province into play, perfecting the training and competitive system of teen-agers in the province and so on.
