摘要
总结了纳米级ZnS的制备方法及其特点，综述了纳米ZnS的表征、掺杂及应用，并就近年采国内外对硫化锌的研究进行了总结，说明研究硫化锌复合材料是今后的趋势。大量资料表明ZnS纳米材料仍具有广阔的应用前景及研究价值。
This paper reviews preparation methods of nanometer ZnS,each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages; demonstrates the eharaetrization; doping technology and application of zinc sulfide; states that in the future the study of ZnS composite ultrafine-partieles is the tendency; finally illustrates that the zine sulfide has grate potential for wide application.
