摘要
尽快提高运动训练的科学化水平已经成为当前我国竞技体育一个亟待解决的问题。科学性和实效性是训练科学化发展的两个主要趋势,对运动训练过程进行科学辅助支持,对训练的关键问题进行深入研究,是实现科学化训练的主要任务,二者必须兼顾和并重。
To improve the level of scientific training is an important issue for China＇s competitive sports. Scientific and effective training plays an important role in the development of scientific training. To assist and support the training scientifically and to study the key issues in training are of primary importance in realizing scientific training.
