摘要 数字图书馆是随着信息技术的发展而出现的,认为图书馆数字化的发展就是图书馆技术的发展,因此长期以来对数字图书馆的研究就一直在技术领域上深入,带来了研究数字图书馆的技术盲区。本文结合网络营销领域中的4C理论,对数字图书馆的横向服务进行探讨,使数字图书馆理论不断完善发展。 With the development of information technology, digital library was engendered, so in traditionally people thought it' s development namely library technical development, hence in a long time people research digital library in technology field which make some misconceptions in study digital library. The paper combines the 4C theory which orientate Intemet Marketing discusses the transverse direction serve of digital library, in order to improve the development of it.
