摘要
目的观察少年儿童血压发展变化的轨迹及与生长发育的关系。方法对汉中农村4623名年龄6～15岁青少年血压在1987年基线调查基础上,于1989,1992和1995年进行了随访,对有3次以上血压记录者,以血压水平、趋势及波动性权衡个体血压的时间变化,以及与体重、身高及体重指数水平、趋势及波动性的关系进行对比分析。结果血压发展轨迹一直居高百分位者占9.96%,其中3.95%血压持续位于高水平,3.57%血压位于高水平,但波动性较大,2.44%血压呈渐增之势;血压位于低水平者占8.32%;体重、身高及体重指数百分位水平与血压呈稳定正相关(P<0.01);血压持续高者。其体重、身高及体重指数百分位水平亦相应居于高位,而血压逐渐增高者,体重及身高等增长斜率较大。结论青少年血压发展按一定轨迹行进,且与身高及体重相关联。
Aim To observe the change track of blood pressure in childhood and the relationship with the growth.Methods The blood pressure of 4623 school children(aged 6 to 15 years),in Hanzong(the South of Shaanxi)was followed up for 8 years.A baseline survey of blood pressure(BP)was undertak- en in 1987 and the BP was followed up in 1989,1992 and 1995 seperately.The level,trend,and variability of systolic BP in those children and their relationship height(Ht),weight(Wt)and body mass index(BMI) were investigated.Results SBP in 9.96% of chil- dren categorized as higher level,including 3.95% consistently higher,3.57% labile,2.44% increas- ingly;SBP in 8.32% of children was categorized as low level.The SBP was positively correlated to the level of Wt,Ht and BMI.In children with SBP con- sistently high,the level of Wt,Ht and BMI in chil- dren was also in higher levels.The slope of increases of Wt,Ht and BMI in children were greater,if their SBP was categorized as increasing grioup.Conclu- sion Blood pressure is tracking along its way in childhood and is closely related to the weight and height.
