摘要
通过大量的试验探索和对现有配方的类比分析,对水乳型丙烯酸酯类压敏胶的配方设计进行了探讨研究。认为其决定因素是单体及其配比的筛选以及交联剂,乳化剂和链转移剂的选择,并确认作为压敏胶的丙烯酸酯共聚物的T_g计算值应低于-48℃,同时对用于丙烯酸酯类乳液共聚的三种聚合工艺也进行了探讨。
The composition design of the water emulsion acrylates pressure-sensitive adhesive was investigated in this paper, by means of exploration and analogy to vast experimental data and composition in hand. it is deemed that the effective factors are the selection of monomers and their ratio, the choice of linking agent, emulsifier and chain transfer agent, and hold that the T, calculated value of the acrylates copolymer for the pressure-sensitive adhesive must be below -48℃. The three main polymerization processes for the acrylates emulsion copolymerization were also discussed.
