摘要
彩色电泳涂料具有防腐、装饰的双重作用。本文以环氧聚氨酯为彩色电泳涂料基料，比较了染料着色、颜料着色等工艺，并考察了电泳工艺参数如固体分、电泳时间、电压等对所得涂膜性能的影响。结果表明，染料着色法形成的涂膜色泽鲜艳，光滑，膜层薄；颜料着色法形成的涂膜颜色深，耐腐蚀，膜层厚。
Color CED paint has advantages of both corrosion protection and decoration. This article makes a comparison of the color CED paint based on epoxy polyurethane as binder tinted with dyes and pigments, and investigates the effects of electrodeposition process parameters, such as solid content, electrodeposition voltage and time, on the film performance. It has shown that films tinted with dyes have features of brilliant color, smooth surface and lower thickness, and films tinted with pigments have dark color, higher corrosion protection and higher thickness .
