摘要
用系统论的观点分析了安乐死所具有的整体性、相关性、动态性,指出安乐死实施的最优方案:设置专门的实施机构,协调各方面的矛盾,区别对待,以求安乐死实施的最佳效果.
Development of euthanasia is dialectial process. Cosisting of passivity ,initiativity, voluntary ,unvoluntary, and benefiting other people as well as oneself, euthanasia brings about a lot of contention in Law, Economics. Ethies and so on. In the paper, analysing euthanasia in entirety,relstion, development, writer points out: for fine social results, a special committee should be set up.
