摘要
学习型组织理论虽然为企业和社会其他组织指明了方向,但由于它本身的缺欠和中国教育的现状与使命,学习型组织不适合作为中国当代教育组织的发展目标,它引起的麻烦和成本比它带来的效益要大得多。中国当代教育组织不仅要强调学习,更要加强研究,并致力于创新。努力创建教育创新型组织是比建设学习型组织更具科学性和实效性的正确方向。
Although the learning -typed organizational theory guides enterprises and other social organizations, it is not fit to be the developmental objective of contemporary Chinese educational organization and has brought more trouble and costs than benefits because of its own deficiencies and the current situation and missions of Chinese education. Contemporary Chinese educational organization should not only stress learning and research, but be dedicated to creativity. It is more scientific and pragmatic for us to strive to build a creativity- typed educational organization than to construct a learning- typed organization.
