摘要 根据声波与材料作用原理,制备了一种新型降噪复合材料.由于声波作用到复合材料表面上时,除了声波的反射外,材料本身内部引起的拉伸、压缩、剪切多种变形形式也能消耗声能,因此复合材料能有效地阻隔声波的通过.在对这种材料的驻波管法声学测试的过程中,用有限元素法进行声学分析,得到与实验数据较为吻合的结果,实验结果和有限元分析结果都说明了此种复合材料具有良好的隔声性能. In terms of the working principle of sound waves and material, a new type composite on noise control is cured. During the acoustic waves act on a composite surface, the energy can be dissipated by reflection and multiform deformation, such as tension, compressing and shearing. In this paper, the standing - wave pipe method is adopted to measure the composite's acoustic property. The soundproof ability of the composite is evaluated by the finite element method, and the computed result has good coincidence with the experimental one. Both results proved that the composite has a better effect in sound insulation application.
