摘要
文章针对空调电控板的测试原理,阐述了ADLINK工控机控制系统的特点,设计了一种新的基于PCI总线的空调电控自动测试系统。该系统包括硬件部分和软件部分,它提供了一个自动测试平台,改变了厂家原来的手动测试流程,提高了对空调电控器检测的测试效率,该系统已经在空调生产检测中心得到了很好的应用。
Principles and properties of ADI,INK industrial control computer are introduced in this article. In addition, according to test principles of air condition control card, a new kind of automatic control and test system has been designed. The system is composed of hard ware and software, by which manual test and measurement process has been replaced. Because of increasing in test efficiency greatly, it has been put into action well in air--condition producing test center.
