摘要 介绍了基于单片机M CS 51的温箱控制系统的软硬件设计。该系统控制对象是温箱,控制指标为温度变化范围34~42℃,控制精度为±1℃;湿度变化范围60%~75%,控制精度为±1%。该系统具有同时控制温箱温度和湿度的功能,能够达到既定的控制指标,并具有稳定、精确、操作方便的特点。文中分别给出了温度、湿度信号检测与控制的方案及电路;详细论述了控制方案及原理,并给出了主程序和主要中断程序的框图。 The hardware and software design of the temperature box controlling based on single chip microcomputer MCS-51 are introduced in this paper. The control object of this system is a temperature box,and its control target is as following:The range of temperature is 34-42℃ and its control accuracy is ± 1 ℃ ;The range of humidity is 60%-75% and its control accuracy is ± 1%. The system not only has the function of controlling the temperature and humidity on the same time,and can reach the given control mark, but also has the characteristics of stable,precise and performance easily. The schemes and circuits of the measure and control of the temperature and humidity signal are presented^furthermore,the control scheme is discussed in detail and programming diagrams of the main and interrupt program are given.
