摘要
利用光镜和电镜观察研究了马粪海胆(Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus)卵巢组织的周年变化,同时逐月测定了海胆的生殖腺指数.在此基础上将生殖腺的发育周期划分为五期:恢复期、生长期、成熟前期、成熟期、排放后期.实验结果表明,青岛近岸马粪海胆的产卵期为4～6月.
The gonad indices of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus were monthly measured and monthly changes of the ovary of H. pulcherrimus were histologically studied by optical microscope and electronic microscope. The developmental cycle of H. pulcherrimus was carved up as follows： recovery phase, growth phase, premature phase, mature phase, late volley phase. The results show that the spawning of H. pulcherrimus occurs from April to June in Qingdao.
