审稿是编辑以把关人的身份对文稿做出鉴别与选择。影响编辑审稿的因素有:编辑政治的敏锐性和依法规范的能力;编辑的专业知识水平和业务能力;职业道德和敬业精神;编辑职业意识和审稿方法;编辑个人情感、喜好;编辑工作、学习条件等。
Paper examination means the appraisal and selection of a paper by editor. The factors influencing editor＇ s decision in paper examination are as follows： editor＇ s political sensitivity and legal regulation ability; professional knowledge and proficiency in editing work; professional morality and duty-devotion spirit; professional consciousness and examination method; personal feeling and preference; and working conditions.
