摘要
为了分析内管的运动对宾汉流体在环空内流动规律的影响,将宾汉流体的本构方程和运动方程相结合,利用因次分析的方法,得到了宾汉流体在内管作轴向运动时环空内的速度分布。在此基础上分析和讨论了内管运动对宾汉流体在环空内流动时的柱塞尺寸、速度分布、平均速度、柱塞速度、摩擦系数和流量等的影响。结果表明,内管的运动对柱塞大小没有影响,但会影响到柱塞位置,同时内管的运动速度和方向将改变环空的平均速度、柱塞速度、摩擦系数及流量,并使内侧速梯区的速度分布曲线产生移位。
By combing the constitutive equation of Bingham fluid with the momentum equation, the velocity profiles of the Bingham fluid in a concentric annulus with an moving inner pipe were obtained by the dimensional analysis in order to analyze the effects of the movement of inner pipe on the flow of Bingham in annuli. The effects of the moving velocity of the inner pipe on the slug size, the velocity distribution, the average velocity, the slug velocity, the frictional coefficient and the flow rate were analyzed. The results show that the movement of the inner pipe has no effect on the slug size, but it affects the position of the slug. Also the velocity and moving direction of the inner pipe change the average velocity, the slug velocity, the frictional coefficient and the flow rate, and shift the velocity profile in zone of the inner velocity gradient.
