摘要
以“勤”、“情”感人是搞好班级工作的重要手段。其一,“勤”分为勤劳和出勤,勤劳要求班主任应事事带头,身教胜于言教;出勤即是守时、守信、做好学生的表率。其二,爱心一颗给学生,即关心学生,热爱学生,帮助学生。其三,与学生建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系。总之,班主任工作中应以情为主、以勤为辅。这三点是抓好班级工作管理的基本方法,它可使班级工作顺利、有效实施。
To move students through diligence and emotion may be said to be one important means to do well in class work. Firstly, diligence is here divided into industry and attendance, the character of industry requires class directors must take themselves as ushers, as the saying goes, example is better than precept; attendance means teachers must act on time and attend on credit and be students＇ good examples. Secondly, to endow students with one heart of love, it means teachers should care about, love and help their students. Thirdly, teachers should establish good relationship with their students on the basis of democracy, equality and harmony. In short, teachers in charge of classes should act with the emotion as the first and the industry as the second. The afore-stated three points may be seen as the basic ways to accomplish class management work and the three points can make class work smooth and effective.
