摘要
多糖在食品工业、医药及石油工业上有着广泛的用途。微生物多糖具有生产周期短,不受季节、地域和病虫害条件限制的特性,有较强的市场竞争力和广阔的发展前景。本文主要介绍了微生物多糖的来源及其在食品工业和医药方面的应用。
The polysaccharides have a lot of purpose in food, medicine and petroleum industry. Microbial polysaccharides have some good characteristics such as short - cycle, no limit of season and infection of plant diseases and insect pest. So microbial polysaccharides have strong advantage and bright future in market competition. The source of microbial polysaccharides and its applications in food- industry and medicine are introduced mostly in this assay.
