摘要
将Alyssum maritimum(L.)Lam.的种子灭菌后,分别接入培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L、MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L、MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L、MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L中,得到无菌苗.取20 d的无菌苗叶子切成3 mm×2 mm的小块,接入同样的培养基中诱导芽,在MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基上分化得到芽,将芽转入不同NAA浓度MS培养基上生根.实验表明,A.maritimum(L.)Lam.芽诱导最适合的培养基是MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.
After sterilized,seeds of Alyssum maritimum (L.) Lam. were planted on medium MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L-bNAA 0.2 mg/L,MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L. Cotyledons of twenty days old seedlings were sliced into 3 mm×2 mm and placed on the same medium for bud differentiation. The buds were grown on MS medium containing different level of NAA for root formation. The experimental results showed that sprouting of bud was best on MS medium supplemented with 2.5 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA.
