摘要
研究了ASA的水解稳定性及其对纸页施胶效果的影响。研究结果表明,在实验条件下,增加乳化剂阳离子的电荷密度不利于ASA乳液稳定,但有利于纸页施胶。乳化剂电荷密度为10.10mmol/kg,乳化剂/ASA为3/1,乳化时间2 min,能使ASA乳液保持较好的稳定性,获得较好的施胶效果。ASA在乳化后放置24 h仍能保持新乳化时的施胶效果。
The hydrolysis stability of ASA and its effect on sizing efficiency were discussed in the article. The experimental results showed that increase of cationic charge density of emulsifying agent is not in favor of the stability of ASA emulsion but in favor of the sizing of the paper. When cationic charge density of the emulsifying agent is 10.10mmol/kg, the emulsifying agent/ASA is 3/1, emulsifying time is 2 min, the ASA emulsion has a good stability and sizing efficieney, The emeieney of ASA emulsion after 24 hour storage is as good as that of the fresh emulsion.
