摘要
研究了改性木素磺酸钙高效减水剂GCL1-3A对砂浆抗压强度、抗渗性的影响。结果表明,掺加0.4%和0.6%GCL1-3A的砂浆,其28 d抗压强度比基准砂浆分别提高45%和82%,在水压0.2MPa下掺加0.4%GCL1-3A的砂浆抗渗性比基准砂浆提高11倍以上。优于掺木素磺酸钙及ZWL-V的砂浆性能。实验进一步研究了上述减水剂对新拌砂浆保水性、流动度损失及硬化砂浆密实度和开口孔隙参数的影响,结果表明,GCL1-3A提高砂浆抗压强度和抗渗性是由于其能提高新拌砂浆的保水性,减少了流动度损失,同时提高了硬化砂浆密实度和开口孔隙参数。
The influence of different kinds of water reducers including the calcium lignosulphonate water reducer; the modified calcium lignosulphonate high range water reducer GCL1-3A and the naphthalene high range water reducer on the compressive strength; penetration resistance of mortar was investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that by adding 0.4% and 0.6% GCL1-3A, the compressive strength of the hardened mortar were 145% and 182% of that of control sample. The penetration resistance of the mortar mixing 0.4% GCL1-3A under water pressure of 0.2MPa was 11 times higher than that of the control mortar. The performance of mortar with GCLl-3A is better than that with the calcium lignosulphonate or the naphthalene high range water reducer. The improved durability of mortar containing GCL1-3A is due to the improvement of the water retention and the porosity homogeneity of the mortar.
