4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶的芳氧乙酰胺类化合物的合成及除草活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以氧乙酰胺类除草剂为母体结构,采用不同取代酚为起始原料合成芳氧乙酸,再与2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶反应合成了七个氧乙酰胺类化合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和高效液相色谱确定了各化合物的结构和纯度,进行了除草活性筛选,其中的两个化合物具有较高的除草活性。 Seven oxyacetamides have been prepared on the basis of oxyacetamide herbicides. They were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxylpyrimidine with aryloxyacetic acids prepared from the phenol derivatives. Their chemical structures and purity were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectra, elemental analysis and HPLC. The result of the biological tests showed that two of them have strong herbicidal activities.
