摘要
在恒温7℃,10℃,14℃,18℃,22℃,26℃,29℃,32℃和35℃,对桔小实蝇在人工饲料上的发育和繁殖做了研究.结果表明,在7~32℃范围内桔小实蝇未成熟期各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,卵的孵化率在26℃下最高;26℃下幼虫存活率最高,低温7℃、10℃以及14℃和高温35℃对卵、蛹的存活有明显的抑制作用,14℃蛹的死亡率达,与温度呈直线负相关;26℃繁殖率最高单雌产卵达682.2±23.62粒.
The development time, survival and fecundity were determined for Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel on artificial diet conditions of 7 ℃, 10 ℃, 14 ℃, 18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃, 32 ℃ and 35 ℃, 75% ± 5% RH and L : D=14 : 10. The result showed the developmental rate of immature stages of B. dorsalis increased with increasing temperature. The highest percentage of hatch rate occurred at 26 ℃ ,and at this temperature, the survival rate of larvae was the highest among all developmental stages under 9 temperature treatments. Higher and lower temperature had greatly affected the survival of egg and pupae ,and the mortality rate of egg and pupae at 7 ℃ and 10 ℃ was 0,13. 0% and 27.63% at 14 ℃ ,and 35. 67% and 53.23 %, respectively at 35 ℃. The relationship between mean longevity and temperature appeared to be correlative. Maximum fecundity was attained at 26℃ ,which was 682. 20±23. 62 eggs per female.
