摘要
通过对土豆、牛肉、豆腐等物料进行实验,提出了进行冷冻干燥物料的预冻温度的确定方法。这对于防止目前许多冻干产品的盲目预冻结而造成的能源浪费,具有一定的指导意义。
The Determination method of the prefreezed temperature of the freeze-drying of materiel was suggested by experiment with potato, beef and bean curd. It's instructively meaningful to present waste of energy sources by blindness prefreeze for many freeze-dried products.
