摘要
车身骨架连接处的应力,对客车车身整体的应力分布影响甚微,但对应力集中区域,却至关重要。对刚接、焊接、螺栓联接或铆接等常用的联接方式使用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行简化方式的研究。结合实际结构并进行电测量试验,得出连接处的最佳简化方法。
Although the stress of body frame connections is not enough to affect the stress distribution of the whole bus body frame, it is still very important to stress concentration regions. For frequent connection ways,such as rigid, weld and bolt, FEA software ANSYS is introduced to do research of simplification way. Associated with real structure and electronic test experiment ,the optimum way is acquired.
