摘要
讨论在各种温度下钢铁样品中碳原子的扩散行为.讨论了晶界、位错和点缺陷对碳原子扩散过程的影响,提出了钢铁材料在深冷处理中碳化物析出的可能机理.
in different temperatures,the diffuse behaviour of carbon atoms in steel sample has been discussed.The effects of grain boundary,dislocation and point defects on the diffuse process of carbon atoms has been discussed and the possible physical mechanism of separation of carbide in deep cryogenic treatment has been put forward.
