根据郴州电网多年运行经验,总结在电网接线、开环点、中性点安排等方面应考虑的因素,以确保电网安全、稳定、经济运行。
On the basis of operation experience of Chenzhou power network for many years, the paper summarizes the consideration that should be take into account in operation, such as network connection, open loop point, and neutral point arrangement, to verify safe, stable, and economical operation of regional power network.
