提高延迟焦化装置技术水平 进一步发挥其在重油加工中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了近几年世界和中国延迟焦化装置总加工能力的快速增长情况,说明在世界上延迟焦化工艺仍是 主要重油加工工艺,在中国延迟焦化装置加工减压渣油的量已超过催化裂化装置,成为重油加工的主要工艺装置。 从装置大型化和运行水平方面总结了中国延迟焦化工艺技术的进展情况。指出今后应进一步提高现有装置加工 能力,提高延迟焦化装置的工艺技术水平,以进一步发挥延迟焦化装置在重油加工中的作用。 The fast increase in total process capacity of delayed coking units both at home and abroad in recent years is expounded and it shows that delayed coking is still the important process of residue processing. The vacuum residue processed in delayed coking units has exceeded FCC units and becomes the main residue processing unit in China. The development of domestic delayed coking process technology is described in the light of large-scale unit and unit operation level. It is pointed out that process capacity and technology level of the existing delayed coking units should be further increased to develop their roles in residue processing.
