摘要
在同一实验条件下,比较了赛尔生物化工厂的DMEM培养基(国产DMEM)和Gibco公司的DMEM培养基(进口DMEM),在基因工程乙肝疫苗生产过程中,对细胞的生长状况、HBsAg的分泌、及纯化收率的影响。结果显示:国产DMEM更有利于重组(CHO)乙肝疫苗的大规模生产。
The experiment was to compare the influence of two kinds of DMEM medium on CHO-C28 cell＇s growing status,adhesion and the recovery rate of purity of HBsAg under same test conditions in the production process of engineering vaccine of Hepatitis B virus. Two kinds of DMEM were supplied by Saier Corporation（Native DMEM）and Gibco Corporation（Imported DMEM）respectively. The results showed that Native DMEM medium is more proper on a large scale of recombination engineering vaccine production of Hepatitis B virus.
