不同职级人员对海军某基地卫生系统反应性的调查分析

摘要 目的:调查海军某基地不同职级人员对该基地卫生系统反应性的认识,为积极维护和增进官兵的健康、满足官兵的合理需求提出决策建议。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对海军某基地不同职级人员(团及团以下干部、士官和义务兵)进行调查。结果:60%以上调查对象认为基地反应性很好或好。结论:海军某基地卫生系统反应性总体情况尚好,部分士官和义务兵对卫生系统反应性评价尚不高。 Objective: To investigate the views on the response of medical support system among naval base personnel of different ranks and to put forward recommendations for active maintenance and promotion the health of offices and men by meeting their demands on healthcare. Methods: Investigations were made among naval base personnel of different ranks (including regimental cadres and lower ranks, non-commissioned officers and enlisted men) through questionnaire. Results. About 60 % people investigated considered the response of medical support system very good or good. Concluslons: The general situation of the response d the medical support system was good in the navy base. However, problems still exist, some non-commissioned officers and enlisted men do not have high opinion the response of the medical support system. Situations will surely be better following gradual improvement of management of the medical support system.
