摘要
在SO2气体环境中对金属钽丝表面变化进行了研究。用SEM和XPS分析研究了试样表面发生的变化,发现在长时间SO2气体环境中,钽丝表面并没有发生明显的腐蚀现象。并讨论了钽丝表面硫元素的变化机理及其对钽的影响。
The tantalum wire surface was investigated under the condition of S02.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) are used for the analysis of tantalum surface, there is no corrosion in the surface of, the process of sulfur transformation mechanism is discussed and it affects tantalum wire.
