几种卫星系统监测林火技术的比较与应用 被引量:24

摘要 卫星遥感方法作为灾害监测手段,在时间分辩率和宏观性方面具有优势。目前用于我国森林火灾监测的主要是美国的NOAA系列气象卫星,此外,我国的风云系列气象卫星和美国的EOS卫星也开始应用于林火监测。NOAA和风云系列气象卫星为森林火灾的监测提供了可靠、稳定的服务,但因分辩率低给森林火灾信息的提取监测带来一定困难。应用美国EOS卫星进行林火监测,可以提高监测精度和准确度,为火灾的扑救提供更多、更可靠和更细致的监测成果,将卫星遥感技术用于森林火灾监测,涉及估算火烧面积、火烧强度、火灾后生态环境监测等诸多领域。 Remote sensing has the advantage of temporal resolution and large scale in disaster monitoring. In China, the main satellites used for forest fire monitoring are NOAA satellites, FY serials meterological satellites and EOS satellites. NOAA and FY satellites can monitor the hot spot accurately, but it is difficult to extract some information for low resolution. EOS satellites can monitor the hot spot more accurately and can extract more information for fire fighting. In forest fires monitoring many fields such as burned area assessment, fire intensity evaluation, ecological environment monitoring after fires are included.
